After the client accepted the quote and signed a collaboration contract, we performed a detailed measurement and created several conceptual designs for the four studio apartments. The architect and the interior designer agreed on the idea of retaining the stone walls for decorative purposes, which also suited the owner. The space was specific due to the fact that it is actually an old hospital.

The project was done on the turnkey principle, which means that we hand over a completely renovated property, i.e. the four studio apartments, to the owner.
